Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, confirm availability, prepare a quotation, arrange a venue tour and coordinate your event. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Sharing with vendors
Where you ask us to coordinate with a decorator, caterer or other vendor, we share only the details required for them to serve your event. We never share your contact details for marketing purposes.
Security
Booking records are stored in a secured database with restricted access. Only members of the Grand Imperial management team handling your event can view your details.
